Website Development Subscription Policy

SUBSCRIPTION BASED WEBSITE SERVICE

Service Overview

We provide website services on a subscription basis, similar to a Software as a Service (SaaS) model. By subscribing to our website services, you agree to receive ongoing access to website hosting, template licensing, updates, email hosting, and third-party integrations as specified in your service package.

Licensing and Usage

During the active term of your subscription, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the website templates and tools we provide as part of our services. This license is conditional upon your ongoing subscription and compliance with these Terms of Service.

Termination of Subscription

If you cancel your subscription or allow it to lapse:

  • All services associated with your website, including but not limited to hosting, email hosting, template licensing, website updates, and access to third-party tools or integrations, will cease immediately.
  • You will no longer have the rights to use our website templates or any other proprietary assets or features provided during the subscription term.
  • Access to the website and its related services will be revoked unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Data Access and Purchase Options Post-Termination

Upon termination of your subscription, you will no longer have access to any files, tools, or services associated with the website, including but not limited to the HTML, CSS, JavaScript files, images, or the Webflow platform we use to build the site.

Purchase of Files for Self-Hosting

If you wish to continue using the website on your own hosting platform, you may purchase a package containing the HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and image files required to host the website for a one-time fee of $1,500. Stock images are not included. Access to 3rd party tools such as online forms, widgets such as the reviews widget and others are not included.

Purchase of Fully Editable Webflow Site

iIf you would like to obtain the fully editable version of the Webflow site, you may purchase this access for a one-time fee of $2,500. This will give you full control over the Webflow site, allowing you to make future edits and changes independently. Stock images are not included. Access to 3rd party tools such as online forms, widgets such as the reviews widget and others are not included.

Please note that if you do not opt to purchase either the files or the Webflow site, all access to the website and its associated files will be terminated, and you will no longer have any rights to use or modify the website content or structure.

Reinstatement

You can reinstate your subscription after cancellation at any time. Service resumption is subject to availability and may require reinstallation or setup fees.

Liability Waiver

You agree that we are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of or in connection with your use of our website services, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or losses of data, profits, or business opportunities.

In the event that your website is involved in a legal dispute, lawsuit, or claim made by a third party, we are not responsible for any legal or financial liabilities that may arise. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, demands, actions, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) that result from your use of the website, including but not limited to issues related to content, licensing, and third-party integrations.

This limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
